Eh. I mean, compared to freaking Alakazam, what more could you say? The very epitome of a basic Water type. Attacking stats are alright, so are Defensive stats. It learns the Water moves you want and not much else. Doesn't learn much via level up until the late 30s, by which point you can just replace those moves with TMs and HMs. They wanted to make a goldfish Pokemon. And, well, they succeeded. A bit too well.
